Nationwide Remote Services

Administrative & coordination support available to property owners across the U.S.

While our in-person services (cleaning, maintenance, inspections, vendor coordination) are available across all Northwest Ohio counties and Southeast Michigan, DMR Solutions offers remote administrative and coordination services to property owners anywhere in the United States.

Remote services include: maintenance log creation and management, invoice and receipt organization, owner reporting dashboards, scheduling calendar management, SOP documentation, and general administrative back-office support.

Remote clients are responsible for ensuring that any coordination or administrative support they receive complies with the laws of their state. DMR Solutions does not hold a real estate or property management license in any state and provides support services only — not licensed property management.
